Louhi will soon find out we've taken her.

LOKI

I'll make sure she's somewhere where her mother can't get to her.

(To THOR) Go and hammer some sense into that woman. Quite

literally if you wish. Her daughter in return for Asgard,

all the prisoners and everything she has taken from the

artefacts Vault.

THOR

What if she does not yield?

LOKI

Let's hope she does.

THOR

Very well. How will I reach you?

LOKI

Get in touch with Jane, she'll know.

THOR

You're taking her to Midgard?

LOKI

Yes, I have a plan.

THOR

The last time you had a plan down there it

didn't end so well - did it?

LOKI

Yes, well, that was a temporary lapse

of reason. It will be fine.

THOR

I sincerely hope so.

THOR spins his hammer and flies into the sky.

SIF

And me, My Liege?

LOKI

Go and see Frey, ask him to help us. 
We will need his army.

SIF

Yes, My liege.

SIF leaves and walks towards the Alfheim palace.

LOKI

Heimdall, open a portal to Midgard.

A portal opens. LOKI takes NEITO by the hook of her arm and moves her towards it. They walk into it. It closes behind them.

CUT TO:

EXT – THE BACKYARD OF JANE'S HOUSE ON EARTH

LOKI and NEITO arrive via the portal in the backyard

of JANE'S house. JANE comes out of the back door.

JANE

(Confused)

Loki …?

LOKI

Greetings. I need your help.

JANE

Well, that's a first.

LOKI

I need to put her some place where her mother can't reach her.

NEITO

She will find me wherever you hide me -

LOKI lifts his finger to his mouth to make a

“shhh” gesture but doesn't say anything.

NEITO stops talking.

JANE

Her mother?

LOKI

Louhi, The Mistress Of The North. She has taken over 
Asgard and I believe she's planning on conquering 
more realms including yours.

JANE

Mistress of the …? OK. Taking over … Earth? Er … OK.

Let me … er … let me just make a phone call. Yes.

I will ... I will call someone. Come in.

JANE walks in. LOKI makes a gesture 
to NEITO to go towards the door behind JANE. 

CUT TO:

INT – JANE'S HOUSE, THE LOUNGE

JANE

(To LOKI)

So … where's Thor?

LOKI
He has gone to Asgard to talk to Louhi.

JANE

Talk to … of course he has. Er … would you like a

tea or … a coffee? Or something stronger?

LOKI

No, thank you.

NEITO says nothing.

JANE

Please, sit. (Makes a gesture towards the sofa)

LOKI and NEITO sit down on the sofa. JANE dials her mobile phone and paces around the room. LOKI picks up a magazine (Cosmo, Marie Claire, something girly) from a side table and flicks through it.

He doesn't quite get it.

JANE

(On the phone)

Yes, hello. I need to speak with Agent Coulson, please.

Jane Foster. Oh, he's in a meeting? Look, this is

really important. Tell him … tell him Loki says hi.

Yes. Loki. L - O - K - I. Says hi. Yes. Thank you.

JANE makes a funny face and points to the phone.

JANE (cond.)

(To LOKI) They're getting him now. (To the PHONE) Agent Coulson?

Hi! Yes, it's Jane Foster. Yes! It has been a while! Listen, I need

your help. I've got Loki here and he has got a … a woman with

him that we need to … er, store somewhere safe for a bit.

Can you help? Yes, he is at my house. In London, yes.

I know, right? OK. Great. Thank you. (Finishes call)

(To LOKI) They're coming right now.

LOKI

Excellent.

CUT TO:

INT – THE ASGARDIAN PALACE THRONE ROOM

LOUHI is sitting on the throne. She's got a golden goblet in her hand. Her pet LYNX sits next to the throne. THOR flies onto the balcony outside and walks in. Four GUARDS stop him.

LOUHI

(To the GUARDS) Let him through. (To THOR) Well, well.

If it isn't the mighty Thor. What brings you to

my humble abode?

THOR

This is not your anything.

LOUHI

Is it not? I'm not sitting up here 
to keep it warm, you know.

THOR

We have your daughter. You can have her back when you 
hand over Asgard and return everything you have stolen.

LOUHI

What!? How dare you!? I will not hand over anything!

You bring her back here immediately or will kill

everyone in this kingdom … including your father.

THOR

Who would you have left to rule if you 
murder your adoring public?

LOUHI

Don't test me!

LOUHI gets up from the throne and throws the goblet 
to the side of her as she starts to walk towards 
THOR. Her LYNX remains next to the throne. 
LOUHI stops right in front of THOR.

LOUHI (cond.)

Bring her back here right now!

THOR

Not until you hand everything back to us.

LOUHI

Never!

THOR

Fine. I'll leave you to think about it. 
We'll be in touch.

THOR walks to the balcony, points his hammer to the sky and flies off but he doesn't go far, just beyond the palace courtyard.

LOUHI

(To the GUARDS who just stand there)

What are you looking at?!

They bow their heads and leave quickly. LOUHI is in a rage, she paces up and down for a while and then casts a spell in the air in the middle of the hall to try and see where NEITO is. The image in the spell is unclear and out of focus. She can just about make out NEITO and a dark haired man (LOKI) in the image but not where they are. She stops the spell and and marches towards the courtyard.

Her LYNX runs behind her.

CUT TO:

EXT – COURTYARD OUTSIDE THE ARGARDIAN PALACE

LOUHI walks out of the palace with her pet LYNX. Her sleigh with the 4 “Porompi” is in the yard. A GROOM is holding the reins. She rips the reins off the grooms hand, pushes him aside, gets in the sleigh, her pet LYNX gets in and they fly off into the sky. THOR sees her leave and flies after her.

CUT TO:

EXT – OUTSIDE JANE'S HOUSE

SHIELD AGENT PHILLIPS drives up and parks outside

JANE'S HOUSE. JANE comes out of the house. AGENT

PHILLIPS gets out of the car and walks towards JANE.

AGENT PHILLIPS

Jane Foster?

JANE

Yes. Hello. Thank you so much for coming quickly.

AGENT PHILLIPS

Hello. Agent Phillips, SHIELD.

They shake hands.

AGENT PHILLIPS

What is the situation exactly?

JANE

You'd better talk to Loki. Come.

They walk into the house.

CUT TO:

INT - JANE'S HOUSE, LOUNGE

JANE and the AGENT PHILLIPS walk in to the lounge.

LOKI gets up from the sofa. NEITO remains seated.

JANE

(To LOKI) Loki, This is Agent Phillips from SHIELD.

Could you tell him what is going on exactly, please?

LOKI

(To AGENT PHILLIPS)

Asgard has been compromised. Her mother (motions 
towards Neito)is planning using our artefacts 
to take over other realms including Midgard.

AGENT PHILLIPS

Uhuh. I see.

LOKI

We need to keep her somewhere where her mother

can't reach her while my brother negotiates.

AGENT PHILLIPS

That's not a problem. We have excellent 
facilities here in London. Let's go.

AGENT PHILLIPS walks towards the front door.

LOKI

(To NEITO)

Please.

NEITO gets up and walks towards the

door behind AGENT PHILLIPS.

LOKI

(To JANE)

Thank you, Jane.

JANE

Oh, it was nothing.

AGENT PHILLIPS, NEITO and LOKI leave.

JANE walks to the door after them.

CUT TO:

EXT – OUTSIDE JANE'S HOUSE

JANE stands on the steps of her house. AGENT PHILLIPS

opens the back door of the car. LOKI gestures for

NEITO to get in, she climbs in the car and LOKI goes

in behind her. AGENT PHILLIPS gets in the driving

seat and they drive off. JANE goes back in the house.

CUT TO:

EXT– LOUHI'S PALACE GROUNDS IN POHJOLA

LOUHI flies in and parks the sleigh near the door 
to the palace. She and her pet LYNX get out 
of the sleigh. A GROOM takes the reins from her. 
She walks into the palace with her lynx. 
THOR flies in just after her. He hides in 
the palace grounds.

INT – THE LABORATORY IN LOUHI'S PALACE

LOUHI walks in with her LYNX. VISIN and the

other SCIENTISTS stop working and bow their heads.

LOUHI

(To VISIN)

I need this (Points to the Sampo) and the whole

operation moved to Asgard straight away.

VISIN

Yes, Your Highness.

VISIN bows his head. LOUHI walks out

of the room, her LYNX follows her.

CUT TO:

A MONTAGE

VISIN and his men pack up the Sampo and the rest of their laboratory and transport it all to Asgard in four massive grates pulled by Porompi. THOR sees them leave and follows them back to Asgard and once he sees them unpacking the Sampo he flies off. The SCIENTISTS set up a new laboratory in the Asgardian palace in a big hall.

CUT TO:

INT – THE ASGARDIAN ARTEFACTS VAULT

LOUHI walks in with her LYNX. The LYNX stays in 
the doorway. LOUHI has a look around the vault. 
She comes across the Tesseract case. She open 
up the case, has a quick look at it, closes 
the lid, picks up the case and walks out. 
Her LYNX follows her.

CUT TO:

INT – THE NEW LABORATORY IN THE ASGARDIAN PALACE

LOUHI walks in with her LYNX. She is carrying the

Tesseract case. VISIN and the other SCIENTISTS are assembling

Sampo and the rest of the laboratory back together. They stop working, bow their heads and move back.

LOUHI walks over to a worktop, opens the case, stands slightly back and moves her hands above the Tesseract and casts a spell. The Tesseract crackles bright red sparks and makes a sizzling noise. 
It settles into a dark purple colour.

LOUHI

(To VISIN)

Here. Use this. (She turns the case towards Visin)

I want you to fuse this with everything else.

I want something ... magnificent.

VISIN

Yes, Your Highness .. but aren't the

weapons we have already good enough?
